By accessing or using the PROPI USA Inc. website and our logistics and manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Cargo & Freight Liability
All freight forwarding and cargo services are subject to international maritime and aviation laws. Liability provisions are explicitly stated in the respective Bill of Lading or Air Waybill provided at the time of shipment.
2. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes provided via our website or shipping estimator are estimates based on market rates and are subject to change based on actual weight, dimensions, and fluctuating carrier surcharges. A binding quote is issued only upon written confirmation from our team.
3. Foil Products
Product specifications, colors, and finishes shown on our website are representative and may vary slightly from actual stock. Samples are available on request to confirm suitability for your application.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, and design, is the property of PROPI USA Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
6. Cargo Liability & Insurance
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the liability of PROPI USA Inc. for loss of or damage to cargo is limited to US $50.00 per shipment, unless a higher value is declared in writing and the corresponding insurance is purchased before dispatch. PROPI USA Inc. does not provide insurance coverage of any kind by default; cargo insurance is available upon request. We are not liable for delays, customs holds, or events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Prohibited & Restricted Items
The following items are not accepted for shipment: money, currency and negotiable instruments; antiques and works of art; firearms, ammunition and explosives; aerosols and hazardous or combustible materials; live animals; perishable foodstuffs; precious stones and precious metals; and shipments containing dry ice. Restricted or dangerous goods may be accepted only with prior written authorization and in full regulatory compliance.
