Air Freight Formula
Large, lightweight packages are charged by the space they occupy. IATA volumetric weight = volume (cm³) ÷ 6000 — i.e. volume (in³) ÷ 166 in pounds.
Ocean Freight Formula
Ocean LCL freight follows the W/M rule — you pay for whichever is greater: the space your cargo occupies or its weight. One revenue ton = 1 CBM = 1,000 kg.

Yes. Purchase from any US retailer — Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Home Depot and more — and have the order delivered in your name to our Miami warehouse: 4299 NW 167th Street, Miami Gardens, FL 33055. Once your tracking shows 'Delivered', send us your purchase receipt: we register your cargo and quote the door-to-door shipment to any city in Venezuela.
Air freight departs every Tuesday and ocean freight departs every Friday from our Miami warehouse.
Air shipments arrive in approximately 10 business days; ocean shipments in approximately 20 business days (about one month). Exact timing can vary with customs processing.
Deliveries within the Caracas metropolitan area are made from our central warehouse. For the interior of the country, we forward your shipment through trusted local carriers — the cost is already included in your door-to-door rate. Every delivery is made to the exact address you provide.
Shipments are prepaid. We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. Contact our team to confirm the details of your preferred payment method.
Insurance is available for merchandise dispatched from our Miami warehouse. Request coverage when you book your shipment and our team will include it in your quote.
